Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRAFAEL SANTIAGO Peacefully on April 20, 2001, at the St. Boniface Hospital, Rafael Santiago passed away at the age of 81 years. Rafael was employed with the C.N.R. retiring in 1985 after 20 years of service. Rafael leaves his family in Spain and close friends in Winnipeg. He enjoyed gardening in his yard and playing chess at the library. A celebration of Rafaels life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 1 at Kerrs Funeral Chapel, 120 Adelaide St. Interment will follow at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.
